What data do we process on this website?

We process the name, email address, organisation name and selected system provided in the demo-request form, together with the optional phone number and message, to respond to your enquiry.

What is the purpose and legal basis of the processing?

The purpose of the processing is to respond to your demo request and to establish contact. Its legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via a checkbox before submitting the form and may withdraw at any time.

How long do we keep the data?

We retain the data submitted with the demo request until the contact is concluded, but at the latest for 12 months from submission, unless a contractual relationship arises in the meantime.

Who has access to the data?

Authorised staff handle your enquiry. The form content is delivered through the Resend email service. Hetzner and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery; they may also process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information for operation and security. Sending an enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing list.

What are your rights?

You may request the rectification or erasure of your data, the restriction of processing, and access to the data we process, using the contact details below. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH).

Language, appearance and embedded video

We save your language and light or dark appearance in your browser’s local storage. You can remove them by clearing the website data in your browser.

The video preview on the product page loads from our own server; its player starts when you click to play. On the separate video demonstration page, the YouTube player connects to Google when you open the page. The provider may receive technical information and process data under its own policies.
