What data do we process on this website?

We do not use cookies when you visit the website, and we do not employ any tracking technologies. When you submit the demo-request form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number (if provided), institution name and message.

What is the purpose and legal basis of the processing?

The purpose of the processing is to respond to your demo request and to establish contact. Its legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via a checkbox before submitting the form and may withdraw at any time.

How long do we keep the data?

We retain the data submitted with the demo request until the contact is concluded, but at the latest for 12 months from submission, unless a contractual relationship arises in the meantime.

Who has access to the data?

We forward the content of the form by email to our own staff using the delivery service of Resend Inc. (via an EU data center). We do not disclose the data to third parties and do not add it to any marketing list.

What are your rights?

You may request the rectification or erasure of your data, the restriction of processing, and access to the data we process, using the contact details below. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH).
